Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In the absence of any response form defending the claim, the hearing on 30 July 2021 is cancelled and the judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant equivalent to seven weeks’ pay in the sum of £2,048.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1316.17, being aged 24 at dismissal and having had 7 complete years of service.[3]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is dismissed as the claimant has not provided any information about the amount claimed.
