JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,215.65 (representing the claimant's pay for the week ending 7 May 2023; his week’s pay in hand; and the part-week payment ending with his dismissal on 12 May 2023 at the rate of £460 per week gross).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant for his accrued but untaken holiday entitlement on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,576.00 (£460 per week x 5.6 weeks, representing one year’s annual leave accrued and untaken on termination).
