Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 From the information available to me and in the absence of a response having been lodged by the respondent I am able to issue the following judgment:[1]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant by failing to pay her the full amount of her holiday pay due to her upon termination of her employment in the gross sum of £256 and the respondent is ordered to pay her that sum.[2]The claimant is also entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £768 (6 week’s pay), the claimant having been dismissed by reason of redundancy and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant that sum.
