JUDGMENT
The claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal. However, the claims for unlawful deductions from wages and for a failure to provide a written statement of employment particulars succeed. It is declared that the respondent also failed to comply with its duty to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £616.05 (comprising unpaid wages of £394.05 and two weeks’ pay, at £111 per week, in respect of the failure to provide a statement of employment particulars). The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 do not apply.
