[1]By a letter dated 12/08/2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• The claimant had not complied with the orders made at the hearing which she did not attend on 27 June 2024, which were set out at paragraph 14 of the case management order; and/or• It has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearings fixed for 17/10/2024 and 24/02/2025 will not take place.
