JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed on the claimant’s withdrawal of said claim.(2) The remaining claims shall be stayed until 18 September 2019 and if neither party makes an application for further procedure on or before that date, the remaining claims may be dismissed.REASONS
On 20 August 2019 the claims were stayed until 18 September after which the claims would be dismissed upon the claimant’s withdrawal unless either party made an application to progress matters. In the absence of any such application, the claims are dismissed.
