JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) In respect of the first claimant, the complaint of unlawful deduction from wages contrary to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is successful and the respondent must pay the claimant the total sum of £791.26.(2) The complaint made by the first claimant in respect of holiday pay is no longer pursued by the first claimant and is dismissed upon withdrawal.(3) In respect of the second claimant, the complaint of unlawful deduction from wages contrary to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is successful and the respondent must pay the claimant the total sum of £3115.40.(4) The complaint made in respect of holiday pay is no longer pursued by the second claimant and is dismissed upon withdrawal.
