JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £282.25. (£532.25 minus £250 already paid by the employer)[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,833.33.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued but untaken annual leave entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £363.82.[4]These are gross sums and should be paid in full by the respondent. The claimant is responsible for accounting to HMRC for any tax and national insurance due upon them.
