JUDGMENT

The claimant’s claims of Disability Discrimination and Unlawful Deduction from Wages are dismissed

REASONS

[1]The claimant did not attend a Preliminary Hearing on 18th November 2022 and provided no explanation for her non-attendance. At that hearing EJ Batten gave directions which the claimant was required to comply with by 16th December 2022. The claimant failed to do so.[2]On 31st January 2023, EJ Batten wrote to the Claimant directing her to inform the Tribunal of the steps she had taken to comply with those directions. The claimant has not replied.[3]The claimant has failed to attend the Preliminary Hearing listed today at 2.15pm. No explanation has been provided or request to postpone received by the Tribunal.[4]Exercising my power pursuant to Rule 47 ET(C&RP) Regs 2013, the claim is dismissed due to the claimant’s failure to attend today’s hearing. The hearing fixed for 29th to 31st August 2023 will not take place.
