JUDGMENT
The claimant’s complaint for unauthorised deductions from his pay is dismissed on withdrawal. He withdrew the complaint by email to the Tribunal dated 28 September 2022. The claimant’s complaint of unpaid holiday pay is dismissed under Rule 47 Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on his non attendance at this hearing. He was given notice of the hearing and, having informed the Tribunal that he would be in Russia from August 2022, notice of the requirement to seek permission to give evidence from abroad. He did not appear today. A telephone call was made and an email sent to attempt to contact him. After a short adjournment, when no response had been received the complaint was dismissed. All of his complaints now stand dismissed.
