[1]By an Order dated 21 August 2023, sent to the parties on 4 September 2023, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued, the claimant having failed to attend the hearing of 21 August 2023.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing of 9-11 December 2024 will not take place.
