JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Optimal-UK Logistics Ltd.[2]The claimant was a worker within the meaning of section 230 Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]Pursuant to section 23, the claimant’s claim was presented outside the time limit but I am satisfied it was not reasonably practicable to present within the time limit and it was presented within such further time as was reasonable.[4]The claimant's claim for an unlawful deduction from wages in the sum of £1,474 is well-founded and I order the respondent to pay the sum to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.
