REASONS

[1]This case was adjourned part-heard at the request of the parties on 15 December 2021 in circumstances where the respondent was seeking Treasury approval for a proposed settlement. The Tribunal directed that the claimant should inform the Tribunal by 18 December 2020 whether the claim was withdrawn.

[2]The claimant’s representatives wrote to the Tribunal on 16 December 2020 withdrawing the claim. The claim is accordingly dismissed following that withdrawal.
