The appeal is struck out.REASONS
[1]Following a failure on his part to comply with case management orders, by a letter dated 20 February 2023 the Tribunal gave the appellant an opportunity to object to the appeal being struck out because it had not been actively pursued. He was warned that it might be struck out if there was no reply.[2]The appellant has taken no action in response to that letter. He has not objected or requested a hearing in order to do so. There has been no reply.[3]The appeal has not been actively pursued and is therefore struck out under Rule 37(1)(d).
