JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant's claim for unlawful deduction from wages for overtime between September 2016 and February 2017 was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claim within time and accordingly the claim fails because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The claimant's claims for age discrimination namely: -(1) his dismissal on 28 September 2017 and(2) the non-payment of overtime between September 2016 and February 2017 Case No. 2405592/2018 were presented out of time and it was not just and equitable to extend the time for presentation of the complaints. Accordingly, these claims fail because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.
