JUDGMENT

The claimant’s complaints of race discrimination under sections 13 and 26 Equality Act 2010 are dismissed in their entirety as having been brought out of time in circumstances in which it would not be just and equitable to extend time. The claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and a claim for notice pay are dismissed on withdrawal, the claimant having accepted that she was not the employee of the respondent. This judgment brings all of the complaints in the claim to an end.
