[1]By a letter dated 30 March 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• It has not been actively pursued as the Claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s letter of 31 January 2023, despite a reminder on 2 March 2023. These letters, at the express request of the claimant’s representative, were forwarded to that representative by email dated 5 April 2023. No further correspondence or response from the claimant or his representative has been received.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
