JUDGMENT
[1]In relation to the claim brought against the second respondent, Regulations 12(1)(f), 12(2) and 12(2A) of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure apply.[2]The claim brought against the second respondent is rejected and is dismissed because the claim is one which names a respondent on the claim form which is not the same as the name of the prospective respondent on the early conciliation certificate to which the early conciliation number relates.[3]In relation to the claim brought against the second respondent, the Tribunal does not accept that the claimant has made a minor error and as a consequence it is not in the interests of justice to accept this claim.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the claim brought against the first respondent (now the sole respondent), is unaffected by this judgment and will proceed to the final hearing.
