[1]The claimant’s claim that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from his wages by reason of failing to pay him for hours that he had worked is not well founded and his dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages by reason of the respondent’s failure to continue to pay him until the end of March 2020 following his summary dismissal on 17 February 2020 is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for payment in lieu of holidays accrued but not taken at the effective date of termination is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.
