JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of disability discrimination is not well founded.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday on termination and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1228.09.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant all the furlough wages due for the period prior to the termination of his employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1067.26.[4]The respondent is to pay any gross sums for unauthorised deductions from wages less the appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance, if any, for which it must account to HMRC.
