JUDGMENT
[1]Of consent and in terms of Rule 64 of the Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 each of the proceedings (with exception of the victimisation claim) raised in claim number 2405474/2018 is stayed until 24 June 2019 when each of the claims will be dismissed automatically unless an application is made by either party for further procedure prior to that date, settlement having been agreed between the parties but not yet implemented.[2]The claim for victimisation under section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 raised in case number 2405474/2018 is dismissed on withdrawal.
