JUDGMENT
Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 and on the information before the Judge, The judgment of the Tribunal is that[1]the respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant Mr Williams-Edwards in the sum of £403.00 net (as claimed in the claim form) and the respondent is ordered to pay him the net sum of £403.00; and[2]the respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant Mr Keenan in the sum of £704.00 net (based on 58⅓ hours as claimed in his letter dated 20 August 2019, at the agreed rate of £12 per hour net ) and the respondent is ordered to pay him the net sum of £704.00.
