JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of pay due for hours worked in February 2020 is not well founded.[2]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with an itemised pay statement in respect of wages paid for hours worked in February 2020 and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the amount of £266, being the amount of unnotified deductions made.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of failure to refund NEST employee’s pension contributions is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £107, being the amount of the contributions not refunded.[4]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of failure to pay the claimant in lieu of 4 days’ accrued but untaken holiday on termination of employment is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £480 being the total gross sum unlawfully deducted.
