The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is as follows:[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is not well founded.[2]The claim of wrongful dismissal is not well founded.[3]The claim of victimisation is not well founded.[4]The claimant was not at the material time a disabled person for the purposes of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.[5]In consequence, the claims of failure to make reasonable adjustments, direct disability discrimination and discrimination arising from disability, are dismissed.
