JUDGMENT

The following Judgment is made against the first respondent under rule 21, the first respondent having declined to file a response form resisting the claims.[1]The claim in respect of payment for annual leave accrued but untaken is wellfounded, and the first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £130.05.[2]The claimant’s complaints in respect of redundancy pay, unlawful deductions from pay and notice pay are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant, payment having been received from the second respondent.
