JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent breached the terms of the contract of employment by failing to give proper notice of termination of employment to the claimant. The respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £231.00.[2]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent failed to pay him accrued holiday pay on the termination of his working relationship with the company is well-founded.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1224.20 gross being the amount of holiday pay accrued in the final holiday year and due and owing.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £248.95 in respect of the issue and/or hearing fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings
