[1]The claimant was not unfairly dismissed and his claim for unfair dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.

[2]The claimant was not unlawfully discriminated against on the grounds of his disability; the claimant’s complaint of unlawful disability discrimination is not well found and is dismissed.

[3]The claimant did not suffer an unlawful deduction of wages and his claim for unlawful deduction brought under Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as amended is not well founded and is dismissed.
