[1]By a letter dated 8 February 2017 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued. This followed the claimant’s failure to provide particulars of the claim or respond to the Tribunal’s correspondence.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing as why this should not be done or to request a hearing. He has not replied at all to the Tribunal’s letter of 8 February 2017. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 24 April 2017 will not take place. 22 February 2017
