[1]By a letter dated 24 March 2017 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, by 7 April 2017, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Tribunal’s Case Management Order for disclosure of documents.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out on the ground of his failure to comply with the Tribunal’s Case Management Order.[3]The hearing listed for 30 May to 1 June 2017 will not take place. 12 April 2017
