[1]By a case management order sent to the parties in writing on 11 December 2020, following a hearing which the claimant failed to attend, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to provide further information about his complaints of age discrimination and unfair dismissal. He was warned that if he failed to do so his claim would be struck out.[2]The claimant has made no contact with the Tribunal, either to provide the information or to request more time in which to do so.[3]The claim has not been actively pursued and is struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 15 January 2021 is cancelled.
