[1]By a letter dated 16 May 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make written representations as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because the claimant lacks the requisite period of qualifying service to present a complaint of unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done.
