[1]By a letter dated 26th July 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why their claims should not be struck out because The Tribunal has not received a response to the letter dated 27th September 2023, asking for confirmation that the claimants have permission from the liquidator to continue their claims. To date, no response from any of the claimants has been received.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.
