Ms A M Swarbrick Schwarz v Daniel Edge & Other: 2405035/2017
[1]The Claimant failed to attend or be represented at the Hearing. I considered the information in my possession. The Claimant was contacted by telephone. The Claimant explained that she could not attend. In a second telephone call the Claimant gave the reason for her non-attendance as ill-health.[2]The Claimant is ordered to send to the Bristol Office of the Employment Tribunals written details of the illness that has prevented her attendance together with supporting medical evidence, for example, a doctor’s note. If no such communication is received on or before 20 February 2018 the Claimant’s claims for notice pay, holiday pay and wages (being, for the avoidance of doubt, the only claims before the Tribunal) shall stand dismissed without further order. _______________________ Employment Judge Matthews Date 13th February 2018 JUDGMENT & REASONS SENT TO THE PARTIES ON 7th March 2018 ………………………………………………. ……………………………………………….
