JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages contrary to Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is upheld. The Claimant was entitled to receive pay in accordance with the employment contract between 14th January 2019 and 1st February 2019. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £296 within 14 days of this order being sent to the parties.[2]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay in accordance with Section 86 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is upheld. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £118.40 within 14 days of this order being sent to the parties.[3]The Claimant’s claim for accrued holiday pay in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is upheld. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £290.08 within 14 days of this order being sent to the parties.
