The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]Claim number 2404925/2024 is dismissed on withdrawal by Ms Gregory, that claim being a duplicate of case number 2404922/2024.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay the wages which were due to them on 28th June 2025. The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimants the following: Miss Catherine Gregory: £977.76 Mr Ellis Clark: £147.20 Miss Lexie Cuff: £252.00 Mr James Hall: £500.50 Miss Bria Hodgkiss: £649.22 Miss Leah Lewis: £105.35 Miss Grace Wilding: £365.50[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant’s their accrued holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations, and made unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of that holiday pay.
