JUDGMENT
The claim is dismissed because:(a) the claimant did not comply with the requirement of section 18A Employment Tribunals Act 1996 to contact ACAS before instituting proceedings complaining of unfair dismissal, and(b) in any event the claimant had not been continuously employed for a period of not less than two years ending with the effective date of termination in June 2018 as required by section 108 Employment Rights Act 1996 and therefore did not have the right to bring a complaint of unfair dismissal.
