JUDGMENT
This case having been listed for a final hearing today at the preliminary hearing case management before me on 10 June 2025 and:(a) Both claimants were present at the preliminary hearing case management before me on 10 June 2025 when the final hearing was listed;(b) A Notice of Hearing was sent out to the parties in addition to my Note of Preliminary Hearing, both of which identified today’s final hearing date;(c) Neither claimant attended today;(d) Neither claimant communicated with the Tribunal to warn that they were unable to attend; and,(e) No other information having been discovered that might explain the claimant’s non attendance; Case No: 2404865/2024 & 2404866/2024 In accordance with Rule 47, the judgment of the Tribunal is that: (1) The claim brought by the first claimant is dismissed. (2) The claim brought by the second claimant is dismissed.
