JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s application to amend her claim to include a physical disability under s6 Equality Act, a claim unfavourable treatment pursuant to s15 Equality Act 2010, a claim for failure to make reasonable adjustments s20-21 Equality Act 2010 , a claim for victimisation s27 Equality Act 2010 as set out in the draft List of Issues attached to the case management order of Hudge Kenward of 9 July 2025 and in her application of 30 May 2025 is refused because when considering the nature and timing of the amendment , any time limit issues and when weighing the balance of injustice and hardship between the claimant and respondent in granting or refusing the application, the balance weighed in favour of the respondent.[2]The respondent’s application to strike out the claim on the basis it has no reasonable prospects or success or to issue a deposit order because it has little reasonable prospect of success on the basis of their application dated 3 November 2025 is refused.
