The following judgment is issued by the consent of the claimants and the second respondent. The claimants are: Mr B Ansell Mr R Branigan Mr J Megram Mr C Horne Miss J Taylor Miss J Wilson Mrs L Norris Mrs K Charles Miss S O’Hara Mrs A Lee Mr J Gosling[1]AUK Realisations 2024 Limited (formerly Amscan International Limited) (in administration) failed to adequately comply with a requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and the Claimants’ claims for a protective award brought under section 189 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act1 992 are well founded.[2]AUK Realisations 2024 Limited (formerly Amscan International Limited) (in administration) is ordered to pay remuneration (i.e. a protective award) to each of the Claimants for a protected period of 90 days beginning on 16 July 2024 (being the date on which the first of the dismissals to which the complaint relates took effect).[3]All other claims/complaints against the second and third respondents are dismissed upon withdrawal. This does not affect any claims/complaints against the first respondent. Approved by:
