JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that: It does not appear that for either claimant it is likely that in determining the complaint the Tribunal will find that the principal reason for the dismissal will be because they made one or more protected disclosures. The applications for interim relief are refused.REASONS
[1]Following a case management hearing on 12 September 2022, the claimants were asked to provide further information about their claims. Despite several reminders from the Tribunal, the claimants have not provided this information.[2]The claimants were not in attendance at the case management preliminary hearing. The Tribunal was unable to contact the claimants to ascertain the cause of their non-attendance.[3]In light of the chronology of these proceedings, I determined that the claims should be struck out because they are not being actively pursued.
