Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. A determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in that he was not provided with any notice of his dismissal. The claimant was entitled to a week’s notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages of a week’s pay in the sum of £468.63 gross.[3]A week’s pay has been calculated using a gross monthly amount of £2,030.72.
