JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from wages in failing to pay the Claimant his wages from 16th February 2022 to 15th March 2022. This complaint of unlawful deduction from pay is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent must therefore pay to the Claimant the sum of £500.40 being the gross sum unlawfully deducted.[2]The Respondent failed to provide a written statement of employment particulars pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002. The Respondent must therefore pay to the Claimant the sum of £531.04[3]The claim of disability discrimination is not well founded and does not succeed.[4]The total amount payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is £1031.44 _______________
