JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the Manchester Employment Tribunal on 8 September 2025. The respondent does not contest the claim. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in the months of May, June, July, and August 2025 and must pay the claimant £6,586.54 net.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,769.24.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £4,662.90 in total (£12,355.78 less the amount paid up to 20 March 2026 of £7,692.88 = £4,662.90). This payment reflects the total outstanding judgment sum claimed by the claimant in these proceedings in line with the claimant’s updated schedule of loss dated 20 March 2026. Approved by:
