[1]By a letter dated 23 August 2023, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• the claimant has failed to comply with the case management orders of Employment Judge Housego made on 4 February 2023, specifically the orders numbered 15, 18 and 19;• the claimant has failed to reply to the Tribunal’s letter of 10 May 2023 and/or provide any update as requested;• the claimant has failed to reply to the Tribunal’s letter of 7 August 2023 or to comply with the deadline therein of 21 August 2023 for provision of her disability impact statement, medical records and further information;• it appears that the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. The hearing on 2-6 October 2023 is cancelled.
