Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages for February 2022 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,692.99 (being the total of 2 unauthorised deductions of £1,082.00 + £1,610.99).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant for 4.3 days accrued untaken holidays and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £413.46 gross (4.3 days at a daily rate of £96.15).[4]The hearing listed on 27th October 2022 is cancelled.
