JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of constructive unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds. The claimant is awarded a basic award of £3150, on the basis of three years’ service and a gross weekly wage at the statutory maximum of £700 per week. The Tribunal did not make a compensatory award to the claimant as there was no financial loss as a consequence of the dismissal.[2]The complaint of unlawful deductions from wages contrary to s13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. The claimant is awarded the total sum of £10150.68, made up of the following:a. £3061.09 for an unpaid bonusb. £4637.43 for unpaid commission for April 2024c. £1971.45 for unpaid commission for May 2025d. £480.71 for unpaid wages for 21, 22 and 23 May 2024 Approved by
