[1]By a Case Management Order issued 16 November 2017 the Tribunal gave the above claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because “They are not being actively pursued in that they did not attend the preliminary hearing heard on 8 November 2017, were not represented and did not notify the tribunal of the reason for their absence.”[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.
