Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages for the period 1 to 14 February 2019 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £250.50 (amounting to 10 days pay at £25.05 per day).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £250.50 (representing 2 week’s contractual notice to which the claimant was entitled, at £125.28 per week, the claimant not having secured alternative employment during the notice period).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £100.20 (representing 4 days’ annual leave calculated at £25.05 per day).
