[2]The claimant did not attend the hearing and had failed to provide an email address/telephone number. There was no explanation for her non-attendance. The claimant’s name appeared as an additional claimant on an ET1 presented by another claimant, no email or phone details or grounds of claim specific to this claimant were included in that ET1. The claim has not been actively pursued. The claim is dismissed for non-attendance under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]It may be this claim was issued in error as it was linked to another claimant’s case which has settled through ACAS. It transpired during the hearing that Miss Bentley has an unfair dismissal claim against the same respondent issued from the Birmingham Employment Tribunal (case ref. 1302850/2022).
