[1]By a letter dated 13 January 2020 the Tribunal noted that neither party had attended the hearing of this matter (listed for 13 January 2020) and it provided the claimant an opportunity to respond and to make representations as to why the claim should continue.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations and has not made any contact with the Tribunal. The claim is therefore struck out under Rule 37(1)(d) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 on the grounds that the claim has not been actively pursued.
